October 28, 2026 | 6:00-8:00 PM

Join our immersive 2 hour live stream workshop broadcast directly from the IOHA cadaver lab, designed to deepen your understanding of the musculoskeletal anatomy of the inferior limb. This guided session uses cadaveric specimens to provide a practical, in depth look at the bones, joints, muscles, and connective tissues of the hip, thigh, leg, ankle, and foot, helping you gain evidence based anatomical insights you can apply directly to your practice, your studies, or your personal understanding of the human body, all from wherever you are.

You’ll Learn:

✅ The anatomy of the bones of the inferior limb, including the femur, patella, tibia, fibula, and foot, along with the key bony landmarks that support movement, weight bearing, and joint function

✅ The arrangement of the hip and thigh muscles, including the gluteal, adductor, quadriceps, and hamstring muscle groups, and how they work together to produce stability, posture, and coordinated movement

✅ The structure and functional anatomy of the muscles of the leg and foot, including the anterior, lateral, and posterior compartments that control movements of the ankle, foot, and toes

✅ The anatomy of the major joints, tendons, and supporting connective tissues of the inferior limb, including the hip, knee, and ankle, and their essential role in locomotion, balance, and force transmission

✅ How the bones, muscles, joints, and connective tissues of the inferior limb work together to provide stability, absorb impact, maintain posture, and produce efficient movement during everyday and athletic activities

✅ Real time cadaver demonstrations broadcast live from the lab, guided by an expert instructor

This workshop is ideal for massage therapists, fitness and movement professionals, nursing and pre-med students, health and wellness practitioners, and anyone with a serious curiosity about how the human body is truly built.

Licensed Massage Therapist

“To be able to see the inside of body systems and receive an in-depth explanation of how they work has truly enhanced my ability to deliver better massage treatments. Understanding how and why these systems function the way they do also helps me ask more informed questions of my medical team.”

Jordan

“I’ve studied anatomy before, but this experience connected the dots in a way nothing else has. Seeing real structures explained step-by-step made everything click. It changed the way I think about the body and deepened my appreciation for how precisely everything works together.”
