Understand the Anatomy Behind Reproduction and Urinary Function


The reproductive and urinary systems play essential roles in fluid balance, reproduction, and the continuation of life, but understanding them requires more than memorizing structures and locations.

In this course, you’ll examine these systems through detailed instruction and cadaver based demonstrations. You’ll follow the kidneys and urinary tract through urine formation and flow, examine male and female reproductive structures, and connect the anatomy to sperm development, the menstrual cycle, fertilization, pregnancy, infections, and pelvic floor function.

The course is designed as part of the A&P Course Series, giving you a focused and structured way to study the reproductive and urinary systems without having to complete a broad introductory anatomy course first.

Understand the Anatomy Behind Movement and Circulation

The muscular and cardiovascular systems work together to support movement, exercise, and the delivery of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body, but understanding them requires more than memorizing names and locations. In this course, you will explore the anatomy and physiology of these systems through detailed instruction and cadaver-based demonstrations. You will examine the heart, its chambers, valves, and coronary arteries, then explore how skeletal muscles are organized, how muscle fibers differ and adapt to exercise, and how the brain and motor units work together to control movement.

The course is designed as part of the A&P Course Series, giving you a focused and structured way to study the muscular and cardiovascular systems without having to complete a broad introductory anatomy course first.

âś” Understand the menstrual cycle, ovarian follicle development, ovulation, fertilization, and the roles of FSH and LH.
